First Christian Child Development Center exists to help our students grow and develop as Jesus did - "In wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man." Luke 2:52. First Christian Child Development Center is located in Lubbock, Texas and is a ministry of First Christian Church of Lubbock. We are passionate about our kids and seek to glorify God in all we do.

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

First Christian Child Development Center has immediate openings for full-time and part-time infant/toddler teachers.  This age group is 6 weeks through 35 months.  Full time employees qualify for paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.  A portion of health insurance is paid by center.  Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.  Background checks are required by the state.  Child development classes or childcare experience are preferred but not required.  Applicants must be dependable and able to work well with children and other adults.  Compensation is based on education and experience.  Please apply in person at the Child Development Center office.
